•I plan to have an open door policy.

•I pledge to have regular community meetings.

•Racial profiling will not be tolerated.

•I will make Precinct 7 a safer community by implementing innovative and effective law enforcement programs and continue existing positive programs that are working for our neighborhoods.

•I will support each of our law enforcement agencies and enhance citizen and property protection.

•I will ensure efficient and effective law enforcement services with trustworthy staff who are dedicated to serving your needs and concerns.

•Areas of improvement shall be:
+Develop a Park Division
+Develop a Patrol Division utilizing Reserve Deputies
+Formulate more Contract Patrol with civic groups and neighborhoods
+Implement additional training for the Deputies

•New Programs To Be Implemented in Precinct 7:
+Senior Citizen Home Inspection program
+Senior Citizen Hotline
+Environmental Deputy Program
+Youth Scholarship Program
+Summer Faith based Youth Program

•The office will continue to provide civil and criminal services that are required of the Constable office. I intend to garner a closer relationship with our Seniors, Youth, and Businesses in the precinct.

•The Department will encourage and continue collaborative participation of the Houston Independent School District (HISD) Police in our areas.

•My top priority is to provide a communication avenue to the families of Precinct 7. Our role is to maintain a Comfortable, Clean, and Safe neighborhood for ALL residents.

These are some of the services I pledge to do, as your Constable of Precinct 7.
